Description

The SC-WJ series diaphragm gas meter with thermal-correction device is designes and developed by our company for cold area. It is new generation of gas flow meter, which can be used as the base of different smart meters. It can keep high stable accuracy under different temperature.

 

Working Principle

SC-WJ series gas meter has how chambers formed by syntetic diaphragm, with the gas flow directies by internal rotary valves. When the chamber alternately fill or expel gas, and the diahragms expends and contracts, the crank shaft, lever and gears convert the motion of the diaphragm to the indicator and display the volume of flowing gas. When the working temperature of the meter changed, the internal thermal correction metal device will shrink to change the cyclic volume to realize gas mass equal measurement.
