Principle :

Principle :
Providing electric voltage of DC 24V to the sensor,
it makes output of 4~ 20mA current which is converted by resistors in the sensor.
The continuous fluctuation of the current is caused by the up-and-down movement
of the float which has permanent magnet in it.
Finally, the current output is transmitted to the controller.

When the liquid level reaches to or releases from the sensor,
it triggers the relay in the control unit. The on/ off signal from the sensor controls supply/ drain motor
and/ or high/ low alarm. It is able to make up to 3 motors working together.
– DPS-500
An electric pulse is induced in a waveguide by the momentary interaction of two magnetic fields. One field is generated by a movable permanent magnet housed in a float, which passes along the outside of the sensor tube. And the other field comes from a current pulse. The interaction between the two magnetic fields produces a twisted pulse, which travels at sonic speed along the waveguide until the pulse is detected at the head of the sensor. The position of the magnet is determined with high precision by measuring the elapsed time between the launching of the electronic interrogation pulse and the arrival of the twisted pulse. The time difference between original pulse and feedback pulse is used to calculate extremely accurate non-contact level sensing.

There are two magnets installed on each side ( float & switch) If the liquid level rises up, the float magnet turns down as the float rises. Meanwhile, the switch magnet rises up so that turns on or off.
– Magnetic float type level switches are widely applied for heavy fuel oil tanks, sludge tanks, sewage tanks, lubricant oil tanks, etc.
– Especially for vessels, this type is effectively utilized.
– DP-100S
As the level of the liquid rises, the pressure in bottom part increases. Accordng to the difference of pressure, it is delivered to the gate of the sensor. And the pressure in the air pushes pressure cell. The electric signal generated by the pressure cell is converted to linear current value.
